I can't remember what color the neighbors thought the van was. I am pretty sure they made a report to the police. I really wish that this case would finally get solved. I don’t understand how my parents knew every single thing I did as a kid growing up in Millersburg, but NOBODY saw ANYTHING that night. I think the only way to get this case solved is to put LOTS of pressure on the police. Somebody with fresh eyes, an understanding of the way the community operates, and no fear of reprisal needs to take a look at the case evidence. Has anyone other than the police gotten to look through the files?

Who “hung out” in the Square on a regular basis? Who would have been able to see what was happening there from their houses or apartments? William’s might have been open at that time of night, the Burger and the Nickel would have been open then too. Were the employees of those businesses ever interviewed? What about the patrons? I know for a fact that the Burger and the Wooden Nickel had plenty of regulars that are there almost every night. Were they questioned? If Tracy’s car was moved, who moved it? How did they move it? Where was it moved from and to? If the car was locked, how did the police move the car? Did they tow it? Get in and drive it? Was it moved before or after Tracy was reported missing? Did the family give the police a set of keys to move the car? The fact that something went down in the shadow of the police station should make the local cops want nothing more than to solve this. They have a huge black mark on their reputations and only solving this and bringing Tracy home will clear it.

If the “van theory” holds any water, why would Tracy have walked down the block? The only way the “Brady theory” works is if she walked down the block in that direction. Was there anything or anyone towards Center Street that she would have been going to? The hang out spot back then was the Square and the area around it. Kids would leave there to walk down to the river, maybe. The trails around the Myo Park were good “make out spots.” The Myo is in the wrong direction for the van or the Brady theory. Could she have left the Square to go to the river? I remember plenty of people walking down Center Street past Wayne’s to get to the river. Obviously, her car was on the Square. She either left on her own two feet or she got in a car with someone. People just don’t vanish.

What about alibis? Who can confirm where the Boyer boys, the Brady’s, and the Cunningham’s (?), were? I only read a post or two about the Cunningham’s. What is the story there? Was there any connection between the three families? Plenty of shady stuff happened on the Square. Who was arrested for other crimes around that time? I’m not a cop or anything like it, but these are questions that should have been answered long ago. Does the family have any of this information? Other than psychics, have any other investigators checked this out? I don’t understand how the police sharing this information would affect a case this old.

It's my understanding every one in town was questioned n that the van was infront of lepperts , there are not many people who seen the van n most that did were stoned so the police said it wasn't credible information .
As far as Tracy's car , Kim said that was all bs the car was never moved until her father moved it . Some one else might have mistaken her car for a employees of Williams . The FBI was brought in to investigate the police and they got no where resulting in the case being handed back over to psp.
It was also my understanding that all of the families listed took and passed lie detector tests , n with out evidence otherwise nothing can stick to them in court . Let me explain it this way , if they found a weapon with DNA in one of their homes they can't be charged with murder in pa with out a body ! Cruel it is but that is exactly the way it works .
The police will not share shit from the files , if you want info you go to the da or ncmec ! Ncmec said the most promising lead led them across the state ! As for other info the time line for grand jury is almost up n those records will soon be able to be viewed by the public ..... If there is anything I can possibly answer just let me know .

A few hours ago I ran across online a possible belief that the police thought a man named James partin from Ohio was a suspect on tk case . Does any one know about this ?
Also on line aside from Thomas steward was also listed Michael knickerbocker ?..

I found Knickerbocker on the Florida Sex Offender database. Are you thinking Steward and Knickerbocker are the same person? What was the name of the inmate that confessed but then it was proven he was in jail and could not have been involved? Any chance that guy had contact with Steward, Knickerbocker, or Partin? Is Partin the same Partin who was arrested for child porn and was a suspect in the JonBenet Ramsey case?

The Ohio rumors had something to do with drugs and motorcycle gangs, I think.

How much weight can be behind a lie detector? I don't think they are admissible in court, are they? I was checking into some cases in PA that were actually tried and convicted without a body. Robert Rivera was convicted of murder in 2002 and there was no body. He was convicted of murdering his 20 month old daughter. He was seen with her that day though and he was convicted in Delaware County. There is precedent for a conviction even without a body. I haven't had time to look for any other cases.

To be completely honest I am not sure however Elizabeth miller is also a possibility with Partin and knickerbocker , I believe knickerbocker lead them to her bloody sweat shirt . It just seems too odd that the same girls are mentioned over n over n both partin , knickerbocker and Stewart had connectioned to Florida n Ohio ! So I have to say some how n in some way there's got to be a know with one of them . Will post again later ! So if she isn't on oak hill property like many believe , the question is where is she ?

What makes so many people think she is in Oak Hill Cemetery ? I haven't heard that before, that's why I am asking.

Because the family owned it . N there is ravine there that was originally said it was behind the house but incorrect . They could have easily pulled that off n had a constant eye on the location .

Being a cemetery if the police tried to get warrants it would have been very hard . However most believe she is not in a plot , they believe she is on the property outskirts . I'd love to get up there with a search team n see it is possible .

Larry Dewayne Hall is also mentioned as a suspect. The whole thing with Elizabeth Miller and Tiffany Sessions is because of the tip that was called in saying that they were all being help in Texas.

The Millersburg are would fit the type of town that Hall liked to chose his victims from. Close enough to a Civil War site, like Gettysburg, but also wooded with a river and plenty of hiking trails. The guy was supposedly a Civil War Reenactor. I found a website that listed the unit he traveled with, but it didn't say anything about nearby events. He could have been in Gettysburg, but how would he have ended up in Millersburg from there? Random choice? I've read a lot of negative comments about the book called Urges. Why did the writer of the book not contact the families and offer his evidence? It's so frustrating when people make their own conclusions without any hard evidence.

I've also heard plenty of the rumors about the cemetery. I've heard the cremation thing too. Which crematory do the local funeral homes use? Wasn't there one not so long ago that wasn't even cremating the bodies? They were just sending ashes back? That just goes to show that the industry isn't very well regulated. But wouldn't the suspect have to have contacts in the business in order to have a body cremated?

Another thing is the strange appearances of Tracy's belongings. Did the suspect keep her belongings and then throw them in the creek years later? Why? Was his hiding place in jeopardy? Did someone buy land or a building around the same time? It is possible the belongings just happened to wash up at that moment? Is the suspect some sick person who would get a kick out of stirring up more attention on the case? Could her things have possible been in or near the water that whole time? What kind of condition were they in? Was there any type of flooding that could have eroded the banks and unearthed the possessions? It just seems like there are so many simple things that, put together, we'd be so much closer to figuring out what really happened.

The family owned it ? Are you 100 % sure about that ? I'm pretty sure the Boyers didn't own the cemetery. I could be wrong. There really isn't much to the " outskirts of the property". The Boyers owned a small house across the street and they also owned Patton Tire which is across the street....Im not sure why you think she is in the cemetery ? I just wish they would crack this case and solve it....The family needs to know....This is hard to believe that smalltown Millersburg and nobody knows anything ? UNREAL !

HyperU2,

Where was the skeleton found?
By the way. To clarify, again, about the land Aaron Boyer supposably owned or does own. He sold a piece of property to the Oak Hill Cemetery Association as you can see in the copy of the deed. He never nor does OWN the Oak Hill Cemetery.
