i still say we all get together and do something ... for instance, maybe enough ppl to do a march for Tracy in the capitol. bring some attention to this case. Maybe if enough NATIONAL attention gets raised, we can get TV shows like AMW and cold case files to be interested. We should pick a day, publicize the hell out of it, and do it. Bring the media spotlight ...

' www.criminalreportdaily.com ' does a great job covering missing people. I believe a family member must contact them(David Lohr). If anyone here is in contact with Kim, please try to encourage her to write. His email is [email protected] or [email protected] You guys should really check out his work. He has covered some unbelievable missing person cases. Some very high profile and others very obscure. Even some that have been solved!

It's sad to say, but it feels like nobod is ever going to confess at least until they're on their deathbed. And God hope they do even then.
But, let's hope someone recognizes this woman somewhere...that she's still alive and doing well. Or someone has the guts to do the right thing and come out.

I believe people are hinting on here to a certain french fry restaurant in the square being involved. I have heard this rumor many times? I have not seen it discussed on the board though? This is just hearsay but who knows?

I think it's very possible something happened to Tracy at a certain French fry restaurant. Her car was parked near near it. Maybe she went in for a bite to eat and then met her fate. I don't know many facts of this case but this senerio makes sense. What do teenagers do on a Sat. night, meet friends and eat junk food. At least it's worth investigating.

Seems no one is willing to discuss this possibility, the talk always goes back to Aaron Boyer.

I'm pretty sure that Denny has already been fully investigated.

Apparently so has Aaron Boyer.

He's the owner of the fry place right there.

No, I don't know specifically why... but I'm assuming they were just following leads.

Suspect, but possibly not heavily investigated......then I have a question. And this is ONLY a question in an attempt to understand, NOT an implication.

From the beginning of this forum there have been hints about this case being stone-walled because of some sort of local influence. Is this one of the ones who they're referring to?

I highly doubt he has the power or authority to stone wall an investigation. But that is speculation. I do not know if that is who people are referring to in previous posts.

Denny Williams is/was the owner of Williams French Fries. I am sure he was questioned along with any employees who were working that night. And 'Someone' is correct. Denny doesn't have any type of power to avoid prosecution. He is a diner owner for gods sake. The Boyers don't carry that type of influence either. The bottom line is if law enforcement had anything more than circumstancial evidence an arrest would have been made.

To someone who is new with "love" it could take some time to figure out that love isn't supposed to hurt.....perhaps Tracy tried to end an abusive relationship and her abuser accidently hurt her in the process...Sadly this happens everyday- even in the best of homes....
Could she have been involved in an abusive relationship?
Did she confide in a close family member or friend?

I have never heard a definite answer to the question of Tracey being in a serious relationship. I have heard or read anything from she was pregnant to she just talked to a boy on the phone and went out for ice cream once. Tracey's sister, Kim, would know for sure although her older sister may know the level of relationship she was in better. Kim was only around 12 and Tracey may not have shared as much about boyfriends with her.

Have been quietly following this thread for more than a year and re-read all of the posts just yesterday. Tracy's sister Kim answered that question in the very beginning of the thread. She said that Tracy was interested in Aaron Boyer (who is apparently suspected by many people) but that there was no boyfriend/girlfriend commitment. They went out for ice cream once and talked on the phone. Lilsis said Tracy was not pregnant.

Two questions:

1.) In post #234 which gives an excellent first-hand account of when Tracy was last seen by family, LilSis says that the car was seen in a different spot earlier in the night, do you know where that spot was? If so how far from final spot is that?

2.) About the items from her purse. They washed up nearly four years later, right? What kind of condition were these items in? After four years in the Pennsylvania elements, I would imagine an address card and photos would be pretty disintegrated.
