That kid should be kicked to death. What a piece of garbage. Where were his parents?

Ummm....Why did none of those witnesses grab him by the neck and hurl him about 50 feet? Everyone stands around and does nothing anymore.

Come on Brooke. Do you really think kicking people to death is OK? Is your last name Eichmann?

It never ceases to amaze me how mean and violent animal lovers can be.

are you kidding? grab someones kid by the neck and toss him and you would find yourself in court for assult on a kid. That's the way it works today...which in return is why kids are like they are, they never got a good a-s-s beating. They better watch this one..get him some help because it usually begins with torturing and killing animals then they move on to people. I would not want him living next door to me. Unfortunately, it is too late for the little llama.

Someone should have kicked his butt. His parents will not do anything about it. Wonder how he would like being kicked around for couple minutes.

How sad, breaks my heart what the idiot teenagers do now for attention.
Probably thought it was cute, did'nt have anything else to do.
Sad the poor animal had to suffer.
Now its the teenagers turn.

This child should be beaten for his CRIME to be able to feel what that baby Llama felt. If he would do this to an animal he will do it to a person. Disgusting I bet your parents are very proud of you. You are sick and need mental help

This makes me sick. I can't believe this kid took the life of a poor defenseless baby animal. He certianly will be a serial killer someday, normal and sane people do not do that. He better get slapped with some kind of punishment, he needs to be taught a lesson. His parents better sleep with one eye open...looks like they have a murderer living with them.

They actually have to decide if the boy will be charged? Maybe he should be treated like he treated the little cria.

This story sickens me. I truly believe that anyone who can aggressively harm an animal is also capable of doing the same to a human! This kid didn't become this way overnight. The parents know of his behavior and yet left him unattended at the fair. Both the parents and teenager should attend therapy sessions, and the teen should be "aggressively" punished. I feel todays kids are way out of control, lost in their WII's, I-Pods, Cell Phones, Texting, etc. Let's get back to the days when families actually spent time together around the dinner table where parents took note of their childrens personality traits and disciplined accordingly. Children are no longer rewarded for good behavior, but just rewarded because both the parents and kids think that's the way life is supposed to be in the year 2010. My heart goes out to Deb and Scott Schafer and their families.

Animal lover with a very sad heart !

If?????????

Hey Prosecutor! Run down to the Library and research ANIMAL ABUSE AND CONDUCT DISORDERS.

This information about teens who torture/kill animals should help you decide.

This is not the first time this juvenile has displayed agression and violence. My firsthand experience was when my children were walking my dog and he proceeded to run her over on purpose with his bicycle. He was also such a bully I had to escort my children on their paper route. Attempts to discuss this with a parent were futile. This child has serious mental issues that need to be dealt with immediately. He will become an increasing danger to society as his behavior escalates. To display such a violent, unprovoked act of rage in a public setting is horrendous. He obviously lacks compassion, empathy, and morality. To the Schafers I am deeply sorry for your loss and can not even begin imagine your anger right now. I hope the authorities actually follow through with this and there are some SEVERE consequences for this youth. He has been getting worse with age apparently and before you know it we will have to be worrying about him committing acts of violence against people and not just helpless animals!!!!!!!!!!
