He has no integrity at all. He is as full of **** or more than anyone of them. He takes his marching orders from Spota, and only Spota. A first class wimp who couldn't take the Tankleff heat. I bet a lot of them are running like rabbits to get away from this.

Hudson heard information in my son in law's case almost 2 years before the trial started and he was not the judge of record. What he heard was a a pack of lies that were proven in the courtroom at trial. The then defendant did a deal and signed off on 38 violent felonies, while at the same time a suspect in a murder case, and he LIED. Got caught lying at the trial.

Dopey Hudson sent him off on his way with a pat on the back and a tap on the ass and told him Go South Young Man, Go South. The guy robbed half of Florida while waiting to come back to NY and lie.

Why am I saying this? Because as the Judge said about possibly hearing about the Tankleff case, we know for a fact he heard a lot about the son in law's case. We only know what we know he heard as the courtroom was sealed and we weren't in on the pre-deal negotiations that were going on with the Fixer, the fixer and the other Fixer.

So tell me Judge, if you found cause to recuse yourself because you MAY have been around almost 20 years ago and heard things that might prejudice you, then why didn't you rrecuse yourself in the son in law's case when you were made to look like the fool that you are by allowing this predator to go free and you actually told him to do patriotic things in this time of our nation being at war.

Hudson, not only should you have recused yourself from this case, you should recuse yourself from the court, and then recuse yourself from decent people.

Trust me fella, this man has no integrity whatsoever.

HUDSON: After the lying witnesses testified, Hudson came down off the bench and told our lawyer, "Well, this isn't the first time the DA sold me a false bill of goods."

After Jake Feinberg testified and said he took Special K, or Ketamine, Hudson got off the bench and stretched and said he felt just like a relaxed cat.

After he explicitly warned the DA NOT to go there - get a statement he was forbidden to, the ADA told him he was going to do it anyway, and he did. The judge clearly told him if you do that I am going to call a mistrial. The ADA said he understood, but was going to do it anyway - and that is what he did.

What do you think Whimpy did? I guess he got a call from Tommy, and that was the end of that. Oh, yeah, he scolded the DA the next day and told him never do that again.

So what does he do when the jury convicts? He puts the son in law in front of him, and the Judge HAS to know he is at least 99.44% innocent, and dressed him down like he was a child molester and gives him 5 to 15. Big shot, the judge, because the kid served a year or so in Desert Storm. Hudson likes patriots.

reportedly, when asked by a court personnel why was he so harsh with the defendant, he said what is the big deal it will be reversed on appeal anyway. He then set 1M bail.

There were three convictions for three burglaries. Two were thrown out by the appellate court, and the wimps at the appellate court didn't want to embarrass one of their own and left the 3rd one in for good measure.

This man has NO integrity. If he had integrity he would have stayed on the case because he would know he had the integrity to question those who question his integrity.

I think I know who your are talking about. Not going to say it unless you say it. If I am right on what you are thinking I have to ask you come out and say it. You mean the guy with the same name? If so, how is that the answer to everything, because I haven't a clue.

Please tell me. Maybe I can tell you something if we have the wrong guy. Like Timmons said: Coincidences.

Speaking of a coincidence: Careccia is Spota's Luca Brasi's neighbor for four years. "Luca" runs the show for Spota. "Luca" runs the investigation on the SIL, no question, he is the boss.

Somebody tries to kill Careccia, and Careccia states in another grand jury that a neighbor stopped by and told him all he needed to know about the car used in the hit attempt. Guy walks into your home and tells you stuff about the car used and when you are asked if you know your neighbor's name and where he lives, you say "NO". A question posed by a grand jury is dismissed as not relevant pertaining to the 'neighbor'.

A guy gets picked up by some detectives who is giving information on Careccia. That guy is brought to the DA office on 9/03/03 and he his killed on 9/24/03! The guy is giving the cops and DA some information on some very bad guys, and Careccia is the prime subject, and the guy is allowed to leave the office without any supervision to go back to the drug location he will talk about and get murdered.

Careccia goes from a murder suspect and a guy who pleads out to 38 violent felonies, including an arson in Yonkers, get immunity for it by Spota, and Spota never informs the Westchester DA this guy did an A2 Felony in her jurisdiction. Careccia lies about most everything except his name. He knows nothing about the King Kullen burglary - NOTHING, so he lies from the information he is given by Luca's detectives. Yeah, it is just a coincidence, right?

He goes scot free after getting caught lying on numerous and important testimony. Hudson now knows that Careccia lied to him when he copped out on 7/2/04 in a sealed courtroom. He lets the guy go free to continue is mortgage/bank fraud scheme, and his operation with Anthony F in Boca Raton. Anthony F gets fired from the Boca Raton PD after getting caught talking about steroids with Luca's best friend, the cop who got arrested in the plot that started this all. Nothing there to be concerned about, is there?

Jimmy Hudson hears all of this and hears more because I tell him and he does nothing about it.

Many of Spota's boys are involved in a stock scam with a convicted stock swindler. The case against Luca's pal is pled out. Only the friend's brother and a civilian opt to go to trial. Spota is furious because he doesn't want this case to go to trial and blow the lid off the fact that his detectives are involved with a convicted stock swindler who manipulates the kid to get him drugs for two undercover NYPD IAB cops working for SCPD IAB. The kid was making a last ditch attempt to salavage his, and his parents 150K+ plus investment with the stock swindler as the swindler said the undercovers posing as Hollywood investors can give him the money to keep their investment solvent.

The cop's brother, a NYS Trooper and the civilian elect to go to trial even after both of them are offered no jail time for their alleged crimes. The civilian complains to the SIC and that takes us to the SIL when Spota's detectives visit him on 8/10/04, despite a warning by his attorney not to speak to the SIL. They tell him that unless he gives up the civilian, a guy who refused to cop to a violation for what once was a felony and three misdemeanors, not only 2 misdemeanors - keeps his name and his pistol carry permit, but he and the Trooper go to trial for misdemeanors and Spota has two of his Bureau Chiefs try them for stinking misdemeanors.

The Trooper is acquitted on two of the three misdemeanors at trial and the third one was hung, and Spota tried him again - hung again, and he wanted to try him again.

Tell me what does all of this tell you. It tells me that the DA is a man who has no sense of balance and makes his decisions based on his personal vendettas because two guys had the balls to defy him and went to trial and possibly expose the criminals he has working for him in his office.

He does not need to look for his parents' killers. He already knows who they are, and has known for the last 20 years.

I suppose that someone will quote me and say, "of course, he knows, it's HIM." SOOOO predictable, and typical of the idiots on this board who believe that our justice system is infallible and NOBODY could EVER be convicted in error or be coerced into confessing to a crime they didn't do. 250 people who "confessed" have, to date, been cleared by DNA evidence. That alone should put some of you on alert that confessions are not always foolproof.

Pete, may I ask you what your son in law fell into trouble for?
Yes, of course you may. The SIL was a former SCPD cop who was sacrificied by a corrupt district attorney and corrupt detectives who had an agenda.

He was convicted of doing 3 burglaries with misfits that the detectives used to convict him.

He is 101% innocent of those crimes. He was convicted of three burglaries. The case went to the appellate court and the court threw out two of the burglaries, and held one intact. The Court seemed to be more interested in not embarrassing Judge Hudson by reversing the entire case as they clearly should have done.

It is all about the system protecting the misdeeds of the others in the system. The Court would rather see an innocent man go to jail than to embarrass one of their own.

The DA charged him with a burglary of a King Kullen while he was working in his police cruiser on 11/8/99. They also presented information that the SIL partook in two other burglaries, one on 10/8/99, and another they don't even know when it happened, or if it happened. That 'evidence' was allowed to be testified to at the trial by Joseph Careccia with absolutely no corroborative evidence.

The DA, also charged the SIL with two burglaries on 7/10/00 and 7/30/00 while he was off duty with an allegedly pilfered police radio to monitor the band to give them a warning. One of the crimes that Careccia testified to in a closed hearing before Integrity Hudson on 7/2/04 was the armed robbery of Strathmore Bagels (same one as Tankleff case) on 7/25/00, or a trifecta of three crimes to present to the jury to prejudice their deliberations. The Strathmore robbery never made it to the October 2004 jury, or after 3 months after Careccia stated he did so to Integrity Hudson in his courtroom and he let him go to complete a widespread mortgage, bank, and steroid scheme in Boca Raton. That case never made it to the grand jury because the idiot corrupted detectives working for Spota's former 14 year old informant in the homicide of John Pius Jr. found out that the SIL was in Spain on that day. My, my, doesn't it seem strange to you they would drop the 'jewel in the crown' of their frame job of the SIL?

What you should note is that the first three crimes I mentioned were said to have been committed by the SIL while he was working in a police car, a police car that had not yet been equipped with a GPS as their is now. The next two or three, July 10, 25 Strathmore, and July 30 2000, were when the SIL was allegedly acting off-duty and not in a police car with a GPS. Get it?

Do you have the time and interest to ask why would they do this? I got answers for you, but not provable answers as I have for the burglaries they maliciously and criminally charged him with.

Joe Careccia lied about every piece of testimony he gave at trial in direct and cross. He got caught lying about:
The SIL being a lookout for Strathmore. The SIL was in Spain.

He got caught lying again when on re-direct he said "You know I never said I saw him there, I was told he was there" Do you think he was lying?

He got caught lying about a Eddie Wright being at the King Kullen, and described his role in that burglary while the SIL was allegedly outside providing cover. Eddie Wright was in a Virginia Jail and the SIL was clearly giving a summons to a motorist with another cop he asked to back him up as the motorist made an attempt to run.

That is irrefutably proven by several radio transmissions that he was engaged in writing a summons to a motorist who passed thru his assigned sector with one light out, passed the King Kullen and then went ONLY two blocks past the SIL's sector. Do you find anything suspicious about that? The DA would say he engineered the ticket at a different time to be close to the KK when the call came in so he could take it without arousing suspicion. He would have been closer to the KK had he NOT given the ticket and could have taken the call with even less suspicion. Besides, the Dunkin Donuts is directly across the street from the KK.

Careccia, when confronted with the lie about Wright, switched a David Cipkin for Wright, as he must have been mistaken. Cipkin would confess to a multitude of more heinous crimes, would be another witness accomplice, and clearly state he wasn't at the King Kullen either

District Attorney Spota would now have his appeals attorney state to the appellate court that it was "Joe the Locksmith' who took on the role that he said Wright did, and then Cipkin. Got caught in two whoppers, so they lied again to the appellate court. What is incredible is that Spota would cause the appeals lawyer to continue to include Wright at the KK when it was proven beyond any doubt that he was in a Virginia Jail.

Careccia would get caught lying again when he denied he was arrested in Boca Raton only 5 months earlier for domestic violence of one of his two girlfriends. He would deny the mug shot shown to him was that of him. When asked by the attorney if this assault was the result of lying to the two most important woman in his life, Careccia would laugh and say to 11 womem jurors, "It's OK to lie to woman, everybody does it, no big deal."

Jim Cereccia was walking down the road and came across a turd looking thing. He picked it up and smelled it. He later told the judge it looked like poo and it smelled like poo. The judge said, good thing you didn't step in it.

So the motto of the story Peter is when the Army-Air Force concluded the Berlin Airlift, area 51 conspirators told the miners in Cambodia to eat at Chinese restaurants because McCready and Doyle picked up a STD at a Fire Island gay joint. Do you want a returning case of the drip? Next time leave the waitress more than a 10 p/c tip.

I'll skip Spain. Only spend money in the US or New Jersey. That's it. My therapist said so. His wife is a judge too, but wouldn't help me for a double parker on 183 Place, Bronx. I promise I didn't know he was only 15. Had bigger hooters than my Mrs.

Careccia would be caught lying again when he was asked about a home invasion where an innocent restaurant owner was tortured by cutting his hand with the promise of cutting off his fingers one by one until they told them where the cash receipts were. During this time the man's family were bound with plastic handcuffs to the bannister of the staircase to the 2nd floor bedrooms. Careccia would say he was so sickened by this act of brutality, and act he said he did not commit, but another did. That he was taken physically ill and still had nightmares to this day more than 5 years ago. And that is why he was testiying today - to clear his conscience and get on with his life as a productive member of society.

When asked by our attorney what did he do that he was so physically taken by this brutality, Careccia answered that he didn't remember, but the horror of it all stayed with him to this very day. It was then that our attorney provided him with three sworn statements from other participants, including the person who was murdered after signing an agreement on 9/03/03 giving evidence against Careccia, was killed on 9/24/02, with no police, or more importantly, district attorney protection. Our attorney proved beyond any doubt that Careccia was so taken by this vicious act that he went from Kings Park where the home invasion occurred and went straight to another home in East Northport on Treetop Lane to burglarize that home as well.

All this time while Careccia was clearing his conscience he was allowed to go back to Boca Raton, Florida to run several businesses he owned to defraud the public and the banks with two mortgate companies he owned: Washington Funding Group, Glove Mortgate Network, Globe Realty Network, Globe Credit solutions, and associated himself with Globe Title Services, some out of the same office in Boca Raton. Not bad for a high school dropout with no formal education in finance or real estate and no license to operate either. You wonder why our country is in the financial mess we are now in because of the rampant mortgage fraud our government allowed to happen with no oversight?

This was all made known to Integrity Hudson in a letter from me of about 25 pages detailing what I believed to be instances of mortgage and bank fraud.

For a poster to say Hudson has integrity made me almost want to puke. But that would damage the computer, so I held it in for the moment.

By the way, in the Title company, Mr.Careccia was associated with the son of a Fidel Castro confidant who opened and lost a bank in Miami, florida some years ago. The father had made more than 78 personal visits with Castro over the years since the revolution. What a great bunch of guys this 'patriot' who was given a golden opportunity to right his life has associated himself with.

Spota is a criminal for allowing this to happen. Judge Integrity Hudson is a lost sheep who runs from the truth fearing he may one day suffer the same fate as Judge Namm, the man who caused the 1989 SIC Report to be published. Read it someday, and I think you will have a better understanding that corruption in Suffolk County is alive and well and some of those mentioned in that report are here today doing the same things they did more than 20 years ago.

Take your meds, sit down and say to yourself repeatedly "Ray is guilty, he is a criminal, the system worked." Reply however you want there will be nothing more from me. I think alot of people realize the ones who complian the most and are the loudest are usually the one with the most to hide.
