im sure there was more than one underage person in the bar that night.I know why they only say one.Ive worked in bars and clubs before the way the cops role is they send a person underage into the bar to see if they will get served. There is usually a cop or two inside with the kid at the time and if the kid gets served they call for the raid.By the time the cops get there whoever is underage inside is has usually gotten the word and is out...

Nappers is the best place, it sucks people have fake id's to get in, how is that the bar owners or bartenders fault, the only problems that occured is when the police came and everyon got all rialed up trying to get out of the place, police should go work on arresting the scumbag drug dealers and real criminals
Nappers is great if you enjoy walking into an establishment and being greeted with the odor of urine and vomit. Lately it has been the hang out of local thugs who enjoy beating people unconcious in the parking lot. That place should be shut down for good.

Way to think Vollie. Ignorance is bliss. Last I checked drinking was VOLUNTARY! So you are comparing apples to apples, oranges to oranges. What you are comparing are rights associated with adulthood. Try traveling to other countries, check out Europe. Drink age is non existent AND speed limits are much faster.

You still have to register for the draft at 18, so that would mean the Government thinks 18 year olds are responsible enough to die for there country. and thats not comparing apples and oranges... even thou they are both fruits so why not compare them?

Can anyone tell me what the name of this pub used to be in 1991? Not sure if it was The Cornerstone, or the Irish pub across the street where my friend Sal DeSimone was killed. If anyone knows, please answer... thanks
Sal was killed in what was called Peabody's. I know this is way late, but if you do see this could you possibly tell me the story behind that killing? It would mean a lot. Thanks

His son was born 2month after this. Sal and Edlund had previous run ins where they just didn't get along from what I have heard. That cornerstone across the street u can see from the bar the front door of Peabody and Sal stopped there on his harley that Fri night ..Alone.
And was attacked by more than one when they came over with a hunting knife.
Sal has a daughter ..jada and son salvatore. Time heals nothing...I am still trapped in this nightmare.

To add: as of today- Robert Edlund (Sals killer) 23 yrs later has been arrested for robbing 2 banks in the same area and will appear before a judge today. He already has a pending case in which he needs to appear at on the 30th of this month. He got a slap on the hand for Sals death! As my little sister said.. "Still trapped in this nightmare!!!!"

The dirtbag who stabbed my brother to death in 1991at Peabodys just got arrested for robbing 2 banks. I'm waiting to someday go to his funeral with balloons. I am still inside out about it all even though it's been 23 years. Sals son just turned 23 and its horrible that Edlund gets to continue life and all of = us died with Sal.
