Absurd. As if the Jews had some power instead of actually found living in the ghettos? Jews did not own banking then or now. There was a newspaper that made a similar claim but this was just pro-war propaganda. There is nothing to prove any such thing.

Hitler wanted the Jews and Protestants out of Prussia because the Catholic Centre Party put him in power to do just that. Their first act of war was the 1932 Prussian coup.
