Doesn't seem like there are any good choices anymore. I'm fed up with Congress. Term limits would go a long way in fixing the mess. Also don't let them have a pension. That would take away their incentive to stay in Washington for anything other than to be a servant of the people. Plus, look at the money it would save the taxpayer. Also, we could save more money by cutting their salaries including the president's in half. Wow. I'm on a roll. While we are at it, we could make Congress and the White House cut some of their staff. It would do the First Lady some good to do the cooking instead of taxpayers financing Air Force One to take them on dates.

Sure glad I do not live in MO, Billy Long is way to crazy for congress. I never liked him when I went to his auctions and you could not pay me enough money top vote for this creep. Voting in Long kind of makes you people look bad

Bill Long won.

I believe it is for the best.

As a one-issue voter (after being forced to flee my home state of California) I hope he follows up on stopping the ongoing invasion of the once-sovereign USA by multi-MILLIONS of often hostile dangerous menaces across our southern border.

How many USA citizens have to die? Harmed economically or via many types of crime?

Until YOU have lived amidst an often majority of illegal invaders and experienced the realities involved of being there, do not be too quick to negatively judge those willing to warn fellow citizens because, believe me, our mass media is NOT showing REALITY!!!!!!!!!!

And the Springfield News-Leader is typical of the USA news distribution systems in failing to convey REALITY.... and disallowing me to comment upon their on-line version of their newspaper is but ONE method.

The purveyors of reality are out there.

I'm sorry to say, I am so far dissapointed. while most of the republicans, and even nancy pelosi were reading from the Constitution, Billy wasn't even in the building. he was meeting with someone in his office. I support the subject the guy was there for, but I support the Constitution more. not a good first day.
