I can tell ya that is not the truth. I've spoke with a couple of road deputies and jail staff there all for Delay. They say the problem is just a few people in the Department with bad attitudes. If you know something bout Delay please enlighten us on here.

I knew officer Delay along time ago and he has always been a good person, and nobody is perfect so before you judge some one take a look at your self

I can honestly say that anyone that has anything bad to say about sheriff Delay has never met the man. Plus if you are going to bad mouth his department put you name up there.

Why do I see people being booked and processed for simple minor infractions such as failure to wear a safety belt? I see that happen in Barry and Lawrence counties almost every day. Could it be that it has somthing to do with the new database systems? I almost think its good. Go ahead and book everyone for seatbelts and try to shake down everyone thats pulled over. Throw someones trophy wife in the slammer for a few hours. Some of the training manuals they are getting these days from the alphabet soup of three letter agencies are really insane and anti-American. Of coarse there will always be people who love to recieve pats on the head.

If you do any of these...

(•Expressions of libertarian philosophies (statements, bumper stickers)
•Second Amendment-oriented views (NRA or gun club membership, holding a CCW permit)
•Survivalist literature (fictional books such as "Patriots" and "One Second After" are mentioned by name)
•Self-sufficiency (stockpiling food, ammo, hand tools, medical supplies)
•Fear of economic collapse (buying gold and barter items)
•Religious views concerning the book of Revelation (apocalypse, anti-Christ)
•Expressed fears of Big Brother or big government
•Homeschooling
•Declarations of Constitutional rights and civil liberties)

You are characterized by the DHS as a potential domestic terrorist threat. That would make most of lawrence county citizens potential domestic terrorist threats. Tie all that in with the new database systems popping up across the nation and it all starts to make sense when you realize the Federal reserve and most all government agencies are owned and operated by offshore banks and these type of ideologies are dangerous to their existance in our country. Some law enforcement agencies would rather recieve pats on the head from agencies like these rather than protecting you and I. The only hope we have in preserving freedom and liberty starts with local law enforcment and the states right to govern itself.

If you think the problem Is Sheriff Delay you have no clue what goes on in law enforcement, however im glade you voiced your opinion. I am guessing something hapened and you did not get you way. Delay seems to be a old School Sheriff and I have seen and herd of his Deputys doing many great things for the citizens in lawrence county. I do belive some of the problems lie in a few bad eggs or lazy Deputys and every office is going to have them.

I have known and worked with delay for years in the past, he is one of the finest officers I know. There's always a chance of running into a officer having a bad day or who is a idiot. No one is perfect. However Lawrence county should be proud to have a sheriff of Delays caliber

The only person I had trouble with in the sheriff's department is the victim's advocate. She has a very high opinion of herself, and can't keep her hands to herself. Her and Judge Sifferman run a rubber stamping operation, all you have to do is get named as a defendant in one, and you are automatically guilty.
