Former Taylorsville pharmacist behind bars on drug trafficking charges

In April, Utah's Division of Professional Licensing called an emergency meeting to strip a lead pharmacist of his license.

Hey Mike, wow you know these people pretty good. Hopefully some people with not see the heartache of a loved one go down because of drugs. I lost alot because a partner of mine got into it big time.

be careful I hope you let some officials ( law) understand your concerns.

Get a hold of the detective's involved and ask to be a witness!

Life in prison!!! Can't you kill someone and get less jail time? Obviously he deserves to loose his license and do some jail time, but from what I've read they only have one witness that will testify against him that said he gave them drugs. Is a life in prision really appropriate for this crime???

If you have read the post just on this page you will be able to tell that this man has killed people with giving them drugs, used drugs for sex and alot of other stuff.

Dopl, DEA, and local police are impotent at best! This douche bag has been trading drugs for sex for 10+ years, not to mention all the techs that he bought boob jobs for with drug money. And for every pharmacist who has had the misfortune to work with him, we watched him laugh off the law while DOPL did nothing, they could have pulled him out of a pharmacy years ago but instead allowed him to ruin more lives, pathetic.

You guys have no idea what actually occurred here. Might I remind you "judge not lest ye be judged." This is a good man who was hung out to dry because the DEA had spent too much money trying to catch a drug "kingpin" and actually found a decent law-abiding citizen.
