I applied for postion at hyundai got there on scheduled day for assesment and was told my name was not on the list.Bullshit when I asked the instructor to check my name on the computer first she said my name was on the list and then after rechecking on the computer she said my name was not on the list and did not give me a make up day to take the assement. Then when I called Hr it took three weeks to get in contact with them and I was told I was on list for next test yeah right it has been four months and no word. But no worry I talked to guy that worked at hyundai and he said alot of people they hired quit already. So no worry God will make a way and see that I get hired.

The only positions available at Hyundai thus far is the Maintenance. The public should be made aware of the screwed up hiring practice at Hyundai. Yes, many of us were given different excuses, offer letters or what ever excuse HR provided..

But on the other, hand there are many contract workers such as Aerotek contract workers at Hyundai were undermined during the hiring process. Many Aerotek workers were advised not to go online and apply with A.I.D.T because their application with HMMA was already in the system. As a result, management didn't want to give the contract workers an opportunity.

In other words, HMMA dd not won't to lose their underpaid workers and offer a better job opportunity. Where as, HMMA obtain a nice sum of financial benefit for hiring each individual hired from AIDT. But the sad part is so many people quit on the spot. And HMMA hired 2 to 3 Aerotek contract workers to replace a permanent position. Case closed for now.

I'm so glad to hear that they had success in giving job opportunities to so many Alabamians. Looks like it went well for alot of them. Anything that does good for our locals is okay in my book!( www.shunnarah.com/blog )
