To John Cook: John Edwards is wealthy, but he certainly wasn't born that way. He came from a working-class family and 'pulled himself up by his bootstraps'(known as the 'American Dream'). Does this bother you? And by your logic, if Bush, Cheney, et al want to understand the link between terrorism and Iraqi sectarian violence, perhaps they should spend six months outside the Green Zone. Or, on second thought, inside the Green Zone would do since it has now completely deteriorated.

Two comments:(1) what does this post have to do with anything, and (2) you are confused; Edwards was born in South Carolina, but moved to (and practiced law in) North Carolina. Again, what in the world does this have to do with anything?

Is this all you can come up with? Lame.

Can someone please list for me John Edwards accomplishments as a Senator, clearly established leadership qualities, and what matters he has a mastery of that qualifies him to be President, and makes him more qualified than any of the other current or possible candidates?

Do you even bother trying to find out what you're talking about, or do you just throw out whatever bounces around in your nearly empty head and gushes out? John Edwards' father moved his family from South Carolina to North Carolina when John was a child in elementary school. His family lived in North Carolina from then on. That means, brainiac, that North Carolina WAS his home state. Geez.
