ummm, but is it not a little strange that this guy is doing 6-15 for killing one person and the girl that killed those three men gets a lighter sentence. Am i missing something here?

I'm not familiar with the girl killing three men thing, but from the text of the article:
Brillhart said Seabolt's lengthy criminal record, his documented 25 years of alcohol and drug use and repeated failed rehabilitation attempts compelled him to levy a stiffer sentence.
I'd assume that's why he got the sentence he did.
