If Herkes believes the bill would accomphish little, does he have another suggestion? I think not. High energy prices are an international problem, sure. But how come it's more of a problem for Hawaii? Simple, evidence shows the oil companies and their distributors make more money off us. Just so Herkes and other House members know, we'd like to "feel-good" just like he and the oil companies feel-good. Thanks for continuing to push the issue, Senator Menor.

I believe the good senator and friends Reyes and JUST AMAZED, SHOULD read the news instead of becoming the new. A good example is the AOL Money & Finance dated 4/25/2008 by John Wilen.

You would think this a no brainer, at least the people know what the heck is going on. The legislators continue to have no respect for the public. We're just not as smart as they are I guess. Remember it an election year. We got vote a lot of these guys out!
