I want to know what Obama has lied about that would have made a significant change in peoples choice to vote for him? All that I ever hear about is Republicans and Obama-haters brining him down because he is a liar and doesn't do anything in office, when the facts are that it is the Republican party that prevents Obama from passing many reforms and laws. If you dislike what you see, look to the person in charges enemies, as Fox News loves distort the truth.

Doesn't sound like you remember but a few years back the doctors in Pennsylvania threatend to move out out the state because of malpractice ins costs. Governor Ridge's answer was to pay half their insurance. Which we are still doing. WELFARE for Doctors, some of the richest people around. I don't hear any of you Right Wing Nuts yelling about the taxpayer money going to that.

You are the master of distortion. Doctors often go to school until they are 30 and come out of school with major debt. The malpractice fund is bolstered with cigarette tax money. The lawyers who support all the democrat candidates are the reason the malpractice insurance is so high. They are the richest ones around, and don't deserve it! Of course you have to throw a little name calling in.
By the way, Ridge was a lousy governor and a lousy DHS head.

PICTURE THIS: You believe in GOD, and you are one of the last two people on Earth. GOD can only choose one of you to enter the gates of Heaven. Will He choose the one who helped his fellow man without complaint or the one who was self-righteous and greedy?

This is a no-brainer... Get out and VOTE DEMOCRATIC if you are truly a Christian (or to be a decent person if you are not a Christian).

Derry High School head??!!! You're WAY off base, Duke... It's called: "People are SUE crazy." That's why malpractice insurance is so high. "My name is SUE; how do you do?" [I suppose the football players deserve all that money for throwing and tackling...]

We are complaining about it because it treats the symptom and not the cause. The greedy lawyers who will gladly take the bulk of any settlement they might get for you in a frivolous lawsuit.

It's no wonder that Corbett is against taxing big oil....they've contributed close to $400K to his campaign thus far.
Why, when Texas, Alaska, etc all levy taxes on big oil, should PA be the only state not to do so?
Their profit margins certainly don't necessitate a pass.
At the end of the day, when our bridges, roads and sidewalks deteriorate faster due to the traffic this industry creates, where will the money come to repair them?
Who will pay to modify the sewage treatment plants that are currently not equipped to handle the chemicals this industry creates. By products currently cause equipment to fail and/or are not removed due to current equipment constraints.
You can believe Corbett is the taxpayers friend. But I believe taxpayers will pay dearly for his alliance with big oil.
