Nothing to see here. Similar to how school districts move the levies to off year primaries or special elections. Makes it easier to sneak through the stuff you know is unpopular. Move along citizen.

If they don't get the money I bet 98% of the town won't even notice. That is basically how little any government body actually does for the average person.
