How about a volunteer mommies program? Each mom would have the option to work a day a week (or once every two weeks) right in the classroom. This would help the teachers and cut down on staffing, and it would give the moms an opportunity to spend some quality time with their kids and some other kids and moms. You could have two or more moms at once, each with a set of guidelines and activities.
