Unfinished Job

Amherst, NH

#1 May 31, 2009
Bob (Philbrick) knows his trade, but he does not finish the job. He did a project for me, did a very good job of the major aspects. He left a small portion of the job "to be done later". And being that it was a small portion, he was paid fully, on time and as billed. But he never finished the last 5% of the job. He was called many times, did not return phone calls. Finally, he promised to come back and finish it. But never did.

If you hire him, pay after the job is 100% done, or you might be disappointed. He knows his stuff, but perhaps does not have enough help or is too busy to the detriment of his clients.
