The article quotes Milford NH police chief as being proud that his officers restrained and didn't shoot to kill in a justified situation. The alledged offender supposedly has bipolar disorder and wanted police to shoot him. Nice going Chief. You can warrant shooting to kill anyone, particularly a mentally ill citizen, when other forms of restraint can be used. They use stun guns all the time, particularly in unwarranted situations, on alledged victims these days. Sometimes to the point of fatality! Why not try that approach in the little town of Milford? Geez, what is this world coming to? Shoot to kill. Okay officers. Let's talk more about gun control. I guess we're not in Kansas anymore, or the good old days. I salute the officers for not taking your "approach" in this situation.

I thier defense, it is difficult to restrain oneself from shooting a Juggalo.
