It is horrible management. I donít recommend anybody buying one of their properties. Nobody ever returns your calls and they are so rude and unprofessional. If I knew thatís the way they do business I would have never bought the condo.

Thankyou, for this website
They are sooooo
horrible I wish there was somebody that could help us out, and it seems that one person does the billing for the hundred of properties that they have out there
She always makes mistakes, and the property manager or whatever he likes to be called
is so rude, the trash guy is more polite,
go figure

I had them for years in MMk. The only way I could get them to react or stop sending foolish correspondence was to go into the office and kick & scream. They are a horrific representation of an organization comprised to help people.

Listen - anyone stupid enough to hire this company to manage their condo, deserves what they get. In my opinion, bad service, high prices and no responses to serious issues.

Agree!! Do NOT hire these people. I haven't had hot water in my condo for 2 days now and not one of their people will call me back. Since the hot water heater is located in a locked room there is not a damn thing I can do about it!

When I called this morning I got their rude receptionist told me it was the homeowners problem. Than transferred me to "Keith". Who also does nothing. Bob Netto the property manager drives around ALL day doing nothing. This place is AWFUL and if you hire them you will regret it!

We rented property run by Harvard Management - After a couple months, we noticed everyone was always getting sick: Me, my wife, and our two children. Even guests that came over became very ill after staying a day or two. Eventually, we found black mold that was growing everywhere behind the walls in our bathroom - Which (in my opinion) was the reason everyone was always sick at our apartment. Even though they had it cleaned it up, Harvard Management blamed the black mold on us!! Our kids could have died, and all they cared about was protecting themselves.(They hired their own "mold specialists" to find out what was growing behind our bathroom walls. Naturally, these specialists told us that the mold was harmless....) Therefore, nothing we could do but break our lease and move the heck away as fast as we could.

May I ask what association? I'm considering buying a unit in Manchester and mold is a real problem.

I recommend posting your comments on YELP - I did and Harvard then responded right away and fixed my apartment.
