Hey I would appreciate any replies. I'm a senior in high school right now in Kentucky and have loved John Deere all of my life and I just so happened to wonder upon the Southeast Community College-Milford Campus on the internet and found a John Deere Tech program from there. They said 90% of people who complete it find jobs right away. Does anyone have any more information on them or the college???

I found that its affordable for me and it'd be cool to go to college in Nebraska...never been to the mid west before... Only Texas for a couple of days.

Milford is located in Seward County Nebraska. Milford is around 10 miles from Seward. Let me tell you about these midwest towns. They have the crookedest sheriffs department in Nebraska. They have the crookedest court house in Nebraska. Judge,county attorney, and one crooked public defender. The Milford police and Seward police can do just about what ever they want to, because they can. The only people stupid enough to live in Seward County are ignorant imbreeds. I see there are around 20 other john deere schools besides this one in Nebraska's worst county. I think this is a good goal on your part getting educated in this field. I'm not putting this school down, its just surrounded by and located in one sorry excuse of a County. Unless you what to go to school and live in the dorm like a hermit. Find a school in a good town, located in a desent County, with good people around the school. You won't find this in Seward Nebraska!!!!

There are five John Deere dealers just outside of Raleigh North Carolina. Located in the following counties Wake, Wilson, Wayne, Johnston, Harnett. Wake technical community college is located in Raleigh North Carolina which teaches John Deere Tech Careers. This quote is copied from their web page,{{Since considerable time is spent at the dealership, the program requires the student to have a sponsoring John Deere dealer. The student can request assistance in locating a sponsoring dealer. The responsibility of the dealership is to provide training-related employment for the student and to serve as a mentor during the work experience periods.}} Hope this helps! But if you want to be an idiot come to Seward Nebraska!!!

Seward is around five or so miles from Milford. Both the worst towns in the county. Worst in Nebraska. If you want to be a grease monkey all your life and a idiot come to school living in Crooked Seward County. Or go to School in North Carolina or pick another school and learn alittle of everything and tell other people what equipment to fix. Wear a suit and some day run your own dealership. {{-This is a idiot test where do you want to go to shool-}}

Great School where you learn and are able to use what you learn at your job. There is nothing wrong with the law in that area. They are honest.

graduated from diesel truck and construction in 1995. most of the instructors were great and very knowledgeable in their field. never had a problem finding work. scc will ALWAYS help you search for work, no matter how long ago you graduated. was also affordable. a friend of mine was also up there for welding and said the same about his instructors and classes. hope this helps.
