YES, YES, YES. Perfect. This is correct to make every electrical project underground. It is safe for people, very safe for any natural disaster, no power outage.
This is done already for many years in Europe.
This is investing many for the future. No more "blackouts" and thousands hours for fixups after heavy snow, rain, or strong wind. It is simple and easy approch. Congratulation to Hartland. More City must fallow the rules.
Please drive on GM Road in Milford and see the "wonderfull design" of the hanging electrical wires over the road. DTE needs to change the "corruption" and "interuption" for missusing our money paid to them.
