State Rep. John Fernandes, D-Milford, wants to see clean water in the Charles River; but not at the expense of putting companies in Milford, Franklin and Bellingham out of business.

I'm curious to see how this will impact contractors who service the Bellingham and Franklin area.
I'm thinking about contractors such as these:

The impact of all this could be pretty extensive. I guess all we can do is wait and see. In the mean time lets hope people keep their jobs and by people I mean working people not the politicians!
