yea, but who can sell anything at apraised value here anymore? I would love to get county appraised value for my house, i would move tomorrow.

The property should have been put out for bid again when the first deal fell thru. Another one of Rod's sweet deals on the way out he door.

Daves Electric is the official unofficial electrician the city uses on all of their projects and facilities for at least the past 10 years
