Woman Charged With Taking Golf Clubs in Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, Conn. - A Bridgeport woman was charged with stealing $3,000 worth of golf clubs from two Fairfield homes earlier this month.

The pawn shop owner should have notified the Police when she brought in the second set as she does not look like a golfer to me but of course the pawn shop could care less as long as they are making money.They follow the law by asking for ID and recording all merchandise taken in and as long as they do that they can't be held liable for receiving stolen goods.
