Do any of you think the fact that this major arrest happened on the same day the Danbury PD was moving to its new HQ and was going to get a lot of press was a mere coincidence? Hmmmmmmmm....... regardless its always a good think to get these elements off the street.

These crack heads aren't all that young - I guess the older ones are easier to catch because thye can't run as fast.

If he is 43 now, how could he be 16 in 1993?? BTW, what happened? I don't remember this.

It was actually 1983 when he shot Graham Hunter in the head with a shot gun while he had a cast on his leg. Nice Guy.

Both crack and powdered cocaine should be legal. Mexico just legalized possession of small amounts of all drugs. Portugal decriminalized all drugs in 2001 and their experience has been positive. Now if you are caught with a 10 day supply of your drug or less you face an administrative court, not a criminal court, but in practice they are just not arresting people. A group of 10,000 very serious policemen, prosecutors, attorneys and citizens have formed a group to legalize ALL drugs, Law Enforcement Against Prohibition ( http://leap.cc ) They see what happened when we legalized alcohol in 1932 as a good example of how drug legalization would work. This foolish war on drugs has lasted 37 years and cost us over a TRILLION dollars and we are not an inch closer to stopping drugs. How many millions of Americans are we going to lock up in prison for decades? Mark Montgomery [email protected]

If you had anything positive to add to the discussion my answer would be longer. It's people like you that poison this country in your rush to lock up everybody you don't agree with or don't like. I feel sorry for you. Mark Montgomery [email protected]
