it is true what this article says, finch did exaggerate the claim of cars left in the road, and it is interesting that testos' area was clean but what will be done ? NOTHING.
it's supposed to snow this weekend. hopefully the city can keep up with these six inches.

all should remember this next time at the voting booth. it was only snow but it shows that in a time of emergency, we can't rely on bpt govermewnt to help us. so why are they in office?

Gripe, gripe, gripe. Everybody has a complaint. People knew that there was a blizzard coming so why did they park on the street? HELLO!!
Sounds like some Bridgeporters are 1 can short of a 6 pack.

For 75% of Bridgeport's population, that is the only option.

I have a question....many towns did a poor job. Milford and Stratford was terrible. A co worker lives in Hamden and he didn't get plowed until Tuesday night. How come Bridgeport is getting trashed? How come these other towns seem to be getting a pass on poor planning? Or am I just not hearing the complaints?
Just curious.

i can only relate to what i saw out my own door......but if these towns also did a poor job the residents should complain also.
what aggravated me the most was how on ch 12 news thursday night they broadcast from bpt public works how all 103 plows and salt and sanders were ready to go.......so where did they go? what happened? did they pull them off the street at a certain time? can we rely on them if this was to happen again?
glad to see your well my friend.

Honestly, I don't think any other towns are getting a pass, people from those towns just aren't being as vocal, although I was complaining about Stratford until the plow, I mean pay loader, came down our street Monday night at 10. The whole state was one giant fuster-cluck because the STATE wasn't prepared. And Stutter-boy Malloy couldn't even bullshit us with a straight face, he knew things were going to be as bad as they were. I'm grateful things weren't worse! Could you imagine how much worse things would have been if we had lost power? And some people did, although it wasn't as epic as during Hurricane Sandy. Sadly, our leaders don't lead, they pass the buck. Blame it on the weather! Everyone knew this was coming! Should have been better prepared! Horse hockey. THEY should have been better prepared.

A friend lives near the train station in Stratford and their street was plowed Monday or Tuesday. Of course this was after the residents dug themselves out.

Those are very good questions, where did the go, besides Testo's. No I don't think you can rely on them. I know I wouldn't.

Thank you-So far so good. What do you think the next weather relate thing are we going to get hit with next? It's getting out of hand. I'm thinking earthquake.

They were something else. The one where the sky gets real bright, then red and then the flash! How freaking scary that must have been. I would have thought either-being bombed or ALIENS!

Any body that can't see that our government is bloated and redundant worries me. It is out of balance .
