There are a lot of people that are disabled that live in these types of comunities as well. There's good and bad people eveywhere. A lot of the people I know in arborway are single mothers and elderly. Just because your broke doesn't mean you a bad person. Don't be so damn judgemental of people you don't know.

My final comment in this once nice place to live. I feel that the mangement is to blame. BUT the people should be more aware that this place is now being called slum. this is so shamful. And if u are talking about the same person that is where u turn in at the sign. u are tottally right. LADIES beware of him. All i have to say.

Don't know much about current Arborway community but...it did used to be a nice place to live. I have noticed that the grounds look very nice. Mowed, trimmed, painting done and very clean. Looks much better than the Meadows coming into N Lewisburg. Too bad the management can't have control of the residents because, it does have a bad reputation. There's always a few bad apples in the bag.
