Hey Greg how about serving some wine, whiskey and smoke some pot God made those to. What ever happened to separate yourselves from the world and go out into the hedges and byways . If you have to stoop to the world instead of the word to draw them in then your turning Gods holy place into a place of the world . We don't stoop to that level thanks to our leader who may I say is lead by God and we have over 600 attend our lords house. And " Not Temple" we do follow maybe worship our leader he is of God making him a part of God and beautiful (hunk) like God and it is about numbers is what he preaches those numbers are going to hell . Get ready here we come!!!!!!
You are not a member of Temple. Only a fool would read the crap you put on here and believe you atteneded this church. All of the post and attacks on this ridiculous website haven't phased that church in the least. If anything, this junk pushes more ppl to check it out and attend. Temple is running almost 800 members every week. This stuff doesn't hurt them.

That's what I say! We have a great lake right down the road if you want to cool off in the summertime. But those rich folk at Temple want to spend their money in Florida! They want to give it to people who are also rich. They don't care about the common people, you have to have the right look and clothes and car in the parking lot to fit in at Temple. Drive that fancy tour bus to Trenton, Temple!

Wine, whiskey and pot...hmmm. Been there, done all that years ago. Truly, saved Christians should know better. The Bible warns us about using altering substances. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 says drunkards (among others) won't inherit the Kingdom of God. I don't think good, Christian music is among the ills spoken of in the scripture.
Also, the Word says to obey the laws of the land. The federal government (no matter what state you live in) says marijuana is still illegal. If we all join in and partake of these things that hurt the temples (our bodies), then we're breaking His law and the USA's laws.

In the Word, Jesus said He becomes all things to all people. If He came back in all His Glory and He was wearing Pumas, a hoodie, gold chain, and a backwards cap, would you tell Him that He's "stooping to the wrong level"? Cause sometimes the 'hedges and the byways' are on the other side of town, the side you and I are probably too white to go into. But if we go there showing that God Love by showing that He loves them enough to have things like Christian rap and things of their interests, then they may open up and trust us and give God a chance.
I believe we should separate ourselves from the world. I did when I quit drugging, drinking, listening to unGodly music, sleeping with every girl I could, etc. I'm sure 'seperate' doesn't mean we shouldn't wear Aeropostale and listen to a Christian rapper that sounds like Eminem. It means to stop worldly things.

That's about the biggest bunch of crap I've heard in a long time. If you go to Temple, I will stay as far away as I can from there. Go follow Jim Jones and drink your koolaid! You are a an idiot!

Temple is a great Church...ESPECIALLY for kids... when someone his living for God..the devil attacks them... same thing here... Temple is all about God..therefore, the devil is going to attack it... the Pastor preaches the Word and the way God uses His voice through the Pastor is worth coming to

<quoted text>I know you said you'd like one in Milan, but I would like to invite you to our church, First Assembly of God in Humboldt. Our youth is growing, both in number and spiritually. They have a drama group that is amazing! We offer Missionettes and Royal Rangers for the little ones. If you're not aware, those are like Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts that's based on Biblical teachings. Our pastor, Mark Hodge, is an awesome man of God that lives what he preaches. Our worship service is uplifting and full of teaching. Your daughter doesn't have to wear a dress unless she wants. If you make the short trip, I believe you'd like it. We have youth that go to different area schools, Milan, Humboldt, Medina, Crockett Co and Trenton. We had a couple that came from Chester Co, but they just recently moved to Humboldt.
Anyway, our service times are:
Sunday School 9:45
Sunday morning 10:45
Sunday night 6:00
Wednesday night 7:00
We are located on the corner of Carriage Ln and 22nd Ave, beside King Tire and across from Pizza Hut.
We'd love to have you visit!
thank u so much. I may consider that.

How about reading my previous comments. I don't attend Temple. I don't even attend a church in Milan.

And what's "the biggest bunch of crap" you're referring to? The fact that doing the things of the world is wrong or the fact that judging others is wrong?? Because that's the point I was making in my posts. If you don't get that, then I shouldn't be the one you're calling an 'idiot'.

I can't speak for the children's director at TBC, but the children's director at FBC always seems as if she's pissed off or depressed. I think she forgot about the joy of the Lord. lol

I would like to invite you to visit First Assembly Milan. We are located on North Main Street. We have Sunday school at 9:30 and our service begins at 10:45 on Sunday morning. We have a separate worship service for our children so they can be taught on their level. We have an excellent youth ministry as well. We have youth service on Sunday nights at 6pm. We have small groups for adults on Sunday evenings and childcare as well. We provide nurseries at all services. On Wednesday nights we have classes for children. If you are 19-mid30ish we have a separate service for you. It is relevant to where this age group is in their lives. We have contemporary worship for all services with a praise team and full band. We also include hymns on occasion. Our pastors are Rick and Tammy Waycaster. We referhave to theyou church as FAM and are truly a family. Please visit us!

If you decide to visit and I haven't welcomed you as a visitor, find me please. I always sit on the front row. I'm the only 'Greg' at the church for now, so I should be easy to find! I'd love to meet you and your family!
