Any kind of cancer is sad and terrible no matter how a person or pet gets exposed to what causes it, but bleaching and using dyes to color dogs exposes both the pet and the creative groomer to known and possible unknown cancer causing agents.

People have a choice as to what they choose to expose themselves to, but pets do not. Pets are exposed to too many eviromental hazzards already.

This is a perfect example of a person that could have have afforded health insurance but instead choose to spend money elsewhere. This is why a penatly for not having health insurance must include a public option and be part of any Gov. health care plan.
