I did not know that Clay County had annexed Goodwater from Coosa County. The information section of this paper, has Goodwater listed as located in Clay County. Is this really true? When was Goodwater annexed? If this is true, some one should inform Goodwater residents that they live in Clay County, not Coosa County.

No. This is not true. Coosa county is still coosa county and goodwater is of course still part of coosa county. I have been here all of my life and nothing has changed.

I would think Coosa would be glad to rid themselves of Goodwater.
