It's all about the money....You cannot tax a 10 year old...but you can force a child to purchase a license which will take her 10 years to turn a profit after the purchase of a license.
When I sold ice cold juice from my stand in Columbus,Ga. back in the early 50's it was fine .....it taught the children the value of a buck and it kept us out of trouble. It's about forcing the family to purchase a license because they cannot tax a child selling juice.
Tell the jackass city fathers to tell the crack dealers to purchase a crack license. What a bunch of asses....This country is falling apart....in every aspect...."A Call to .RMS"....
PS...Let us bring back the 50's...Happy days...we all had jobs,we had..."MADE IN AMERICA"...And kids could make lemonade...and not be buy drugs..and when the garbage stayed on the other side of the fence. Bring back AMERICA WITH COMMON SENSE.
Bob...3rd Generation American .. My family fought in WW1,WW2,Korea,Nam and now this so called war...my granddaughter of 6 years of age ...can not sell lemonade..Wake up America....
