Thanks! Everything was a complete success! I really appreciate your help, patience, and professionalism through the entire Prom Process! The kids were thrilled, the faculty was impressed, and everything went so smoothly I was more relaxed than I have ever been during an Atlee event!
I look forward to working with each of you again in the future.

Hi Ted and Cyril,
I have been extremely negligent in writing to thank you for a job well-done. Everything looked beautiful, and I must give kudos to Thomas (I think that was his name)…he was extremely helpful in creating a “scenic backdrop” for photographs. A stressful load was taken off my shoulders when I walked in to the museum and knew that all would be okay.
Thanks, again, Ted and Cyril….you’ve instilled a great deal of trust and I will definitely use you again when I have the opportunity.

I want to say “WOW” and THANK YOU!! I’m so happy we partnered on this event together. I’ve received so many compliments, thanks yous, and great comments about our event, it’s amazing! I will be heading out today for vacation but when I come back, we’re going to definitely work on some proposals together!! I look forward to growing our relationship and I really appreciate all you did for us last night. You ROCK!!... I think the event really opened up some new client and vendor relationships for all of us! I already have one client that attended last night that has requested the same set up.
You have a wonderful weekend and I’ll talk to you when I get back. Thank you again for all you did!

Just to let you know that the event went well and the 2 folks that unloaded and loaded were very punctual and helpful. The bars received a lot of compliments from everyone.

Dear Ted and Cyril,
Thank you both for accommodating our requests, creating a beautiful environment and helping us stay within our budget. I will send you photos once I have them next week so you can see the final outcome of the entry pieces and the foyer area where we used the iron gates and bougainvilleas.
I already had a former colleague from NCLR who helped me in the show ask me about your company and work so I hope to be able to forward your information to many of my colleagues in DC who require/use the type of services AMPA provides.

If only you were there to see how beautiful the columns and images looked in the Ford Orientation Center, however your keen understanding of the arts and architecture were clearly evident. Cyril and his team were excellent, friendly and fun to have during the set up, which is always a “nervous” time for all, anticipating the arrivals, hoping the event is as successful as it was.
The 30 sponsors were absolutely delighted with the “icons” I had chosen to represent their regions and with your expert abilities, Cyril and staff to follow through - made it happen!
Thank you for bringing our event over the top, for several have already mentioned how cool it would be to use the designs and images for future events – just what I had hoped would happen!!
So life is good, Ampa Events hit another home run and I am proud to say the 1,500 delegates of the American Bus Association were charmed, fed well, entertained and enjoyed the Mount Vernon experience, with glimpses of the gorgeous corners that exist throughout Virginia at our exhibit. I continue to hear accolades from the Buyers and sponsors, which brings everyone’s hard work full circle.
I trust your invoice is in process, which has already been approved and awaits action.

The event was a HUGE success on Sunday. Not sure if you saw the coverage on Politico’s website yesterday, but we had a great showing of Hollywood celebrities and DC politicals.
Everyone deemed it the party of the weekend!
Your guys did a wonderful job – the team on Thursday was excellent on the install and everything worked out wonderfully.
Thank you for your hard working and diligence in getting this event off the ground. The teak furniture was perfect and the pole covers were an excellent distraction from the tent structure.
I wish you the best with all your upcoming projects and I will be in touch!

I wanted to extend a huge THANK YOU to you and your team for all the hard work you put into this year's Fashion Fights Poverty annual benefit and for patiently working with me to make the event happen. Your team was very supportive of all my needs and despite the hiccups; we worked through it as a team.:)

All of these comments were posted by Ampa Events, not by their employees. I encourage you to search for other reviews before choosing to work with Ampa, as their professionalism is questionable. They have very high staff turnover, (I know this because someone new answers the phone every time I call in, but it's a small local company). Their pricing is constantly changing. The main manager is pushy, rude, and doesn't listen. On the upside, they have some nice items. If you get a knowledgeable staff member, you're probably going to be fine, just be cautious.
