Richmond king Jones didn't like that Norwood wasn't a suck up yes man. He obeyed the laws and reduced crime.

Norwood had one of the few city divisions that did their job and wasn't under investigation.

He made king Jones look like an idiot, and his forced departure just shows what an idiot king Jones truly is.

His "hatchet man" replacement won't be half as successful. Watch and see, king Jones will try to blame Norwood for yet another of his failures.
