EXCLUSIVE: Richmond former police chief says "it's a mystery" why he was forced out
When Mayor Dwight Jones announced two weeks ago that Richmond police Chief Bryan Norwood had resigned, he gave no reason or explanation why the quiet, but well-liked chief of four years was out.

Richmond king Jones didn't like that Norwood wasn't a suck up yes man. He obeyed the laws and reduced crime.
Norwood had one of the few city divisions that did their job and wasn't under investigation.
He made king Jones look like an idiot, and his forced departure just shows what an idiot king Jones truly is.
His "hatchet man" replacement won't be half as successful. Watch and see, king Jones will try to blame Norwood for yet another of his failures.
