I saw a post on this forum the other day by someone who is out of touch with reality that said there were only 2 drug houses in Midlo. I can think of two right off the top of my head just by things I've observed as a resident for 4 years. I'm sure if the concerned residents of Midlothian on this forum come together we can identify all of the houses where illegal activity is going on. Also if I have to see another gangbanger with his hat tilted to whatever side I think I am going to scream. They are such a waste of a human! Let's identify where we think drugs are being sold from and turn over the list to someone who can or will do something about it. I'm sick of feeling helpless about this situation.

You don't need them, you should call the police and give them the info you have. With a little luck, those 2 houses you know of can get nailed and maybe the others will jump on the band wagon.

I thought my neighboor is the "biggest drug house" but the worst thing is - kids are doing it- buying it - it is sad when you see a kid 12 or maybe 15 years old doing drugs ....

I agree if you do call - it might take some time for the police to take care of it - but they will do something ....

I will call. Pretty sure they already know about both of them because the cops have made several appearances already.

They will do something but the judges at the courthouse will only let them go. It happens time and time again.

I think posting the addresses would be a good thing. Although that could make problems for the neighbors of them. I always like to report anything that seems suspicious. I agree with (lets get real) we can be very important. There is talk of community policing. It theory this could be good. There is always room for improvement. The trouble is most still have the "I do not want to get involved" attitude. If we could change this to "get involved" it would be great. Sometimes it is just if something does not seem right maybe it is not.

Time to get these low-lifes out of here.

first of all learn how to spell "ghetto" obviously you didn't attend any of our schools!
Because we've grown quite a good group of well educated, successful adults! And if you live here and are talking that way why don't you just leave if you don't like it! That's why were trying to elect a new mayor, to help our town!!

I think that you should post the addresses. My children walk home from school and would like for them to stay away from there. Also, maybe when people do get involved we can make these houses so uncomfortable that they will want to leave. We have to stand together as a village and take back what is ours not hide behind closed doors.

Yes, please remebember, if there is a problem, REPORT IT! It is EVERYBODY's responsibilty. The police cannot be everywhere all the time. If there are strange coming and goings occuring at all hours at a house or apartment, PLEASE CALL.
Get a report number. If action is not being done, you have a record. Believe me, no one wants a drug dealer or problem maker hanging around. Otherwise it becomes someone else's problem. It get ignores and the issue continues or gets bigger.
