Ok, so there are a bunch of green and white signs being posted all around Garfield Street and Parkland Washington, stating the fact that it's a drug free neighborhood.

maybe he got arrested over this? I do not know. I can not say. i actually liked the guy. I even defended him when others I know were saying the same things he tried so hard to deny.

He said something about hiding away/hiding behind things. Now whose hiding? Deleting your posts seems to be hiding.

That only makes him look more suspicious. I do not know if I can defend him any longer, maybe what people say is true.....

Although threating life or physical harm on the internet is a federal crime. Wonder if his high Ranking Federal Law Enforcement Officer Friend let him know that to post a threat of physical harm to life or body is a federal offense. I have a nice print out of all he posted, bet he tries to deny it all. But t me he's acting par for course.

I do actually believe Joe In Tacoma, had his posts and account, deleted. He threatened the physical well being and lifes of a lot of people over the internet. That is a clear violation of the TOS of Topix, and a federal crime. The Secret Service has been informed and are investigating the matter.

I guess he was all just hot air.

I did notice in all his bantering in his posts, he never once said he did not use or sell drugs. Just threatend to sue for slander and defamation and such. But no claim of actually being innocent.

Then he goes and breaks a big Federal Law by threatening people's physical well being and lives over the internet.

Joe in Tacoma is back..... Florida Pete, should realize that IPS addresses are recorded here. it's usually listed as a general location under the name. Registered and logged in handles show up in blue. Unregistered users show in black. IPS addresses are listed as something like Puyallup Washington or Tacoma Washington or like mine here.
So what is the big deal about this? Well when you log on to the internet, you have to do so through an Internet Service Provider. Each Internet Service Provider has to follow certain protocol and uses certain set ups for DNS (Domain Name Servers), the stuff that actually can locate where web sites are and where each computer is. When you log on to the internet, The Service provider's system assigns your computer an unique and individual address. One address for one computer connected. The ISP is required by Federal Law to keep connection logs of who and when systems are connected and the deatils of those connections. Since Garfield Street Apartments are set up with a man, who as of yet I will not name, who provides that his IPS will always register as Puyallup. The Wireless networks transimitting through that system would be Baltazar, Belkin 459, Whale Hunter, PLU, Public, NPC, Tango One. All but Tango One will show up as Puyallup. However the rule of one computer to one address still applies. So when you look at IPS log in locations, you can determine exactly who logged in, no matter what handle they choose to post under, even by using a handle without registering or loging in. Joe....

For hot air, I have always ended up proving and having proved what I say. For example, when I say I am down in San Francisco at the Naval Base in Alemeda. my IPS Address log on the posts will show that. Also, soon on my web site people will be able to see photos of the trip.

Wow, Joe is back. Just a different handle, still does not register nor log in. Should know about the logging of ISP Addresses. Such as to his last post.Although might noty even be Joe, just one of his alledged friends. I bet the IPS Addresses match up to a location Joe would be in, such as his office on Garfield Street using Ola's network access points, to get the Puyallup location.

Note, when I say things, they pan out and are usually proven to be true, such as when I say I am in San Francisco at the Naval Base, my IPS address thats logged in to my current posts, shows that fact, buy showing I am not in Tacoma or any where near it. There must be, just in our block, 6 or 7 people from Mexico, there are some from North Africa, Asians of several varieties – you know some of them, I’ve know many of them for years. And, living in the same building you do there are Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Egyptian (a Muslim, no less, just moved in, nice guy, you might know him.) And, next to your apartment someone from Tanzania is going to be living (I think they are black?) Oh yes, my wife. She’s part Native American. And my grandson, he’s biracial. Come to the business meeting, Thursday, 20 September at 9:00 am in the coffee house, you know where that is - you claim it to be one of your favorite places.... yet, no one has seen you in there for a long time. Why's that? Could it be because you were 'kicked out'? That's what I've been told and I've been told why you were kicked out - and I understand it's not just the coffee house that has kicked you out. i find that you have I remember how guilty I felt.
As a young teenager, I had traced pictures of female underwear models from the Sears catalog, and hidden the "pinups" under my mattress. When Mom changed the sheets, she found them. And left them, exposed on the top of my bed.
Burning with shame, I'd tried to brazen it out. With attempted enthusiasm I hurried out to the back garden to offer Dad, who was trimming a peach tree, my help.
There were other times I felt guilty too. Like the time John Weimer and I picked the only plum on the new tree just before it ripened. Mom had been heartbroken; she'd looked forward so much to tasting that one plum. John and I hadn't even eaten it! We'd opened it and thrown the still-hard flesh of the fruit on our garage floor.
Guilt.
Sometimes it comes because of a willful choice of what is known to be wrong. Sometimes it overwhelms us for unwitting failures. Either way, to feel guilt is pure agony; a recognition of our failure and inadequacy.
Feelings of guilt are common in our society. Sometimes the feelings are rooted in specific acts. A spouse is unfaithful. A mother neglects a young child who is later injured. A teenager lies to his parents about where he is going. A businessman cheats on a government contract.
Sometimes our feelings of guilt are rooted in the growing awareness that we are unable to cope with life. We fall short over and over again. Somehow we must be to blame. The sense of guilt grows. Plagued by the awareness of our inadequacy, we may try any of several approaches to break free.
One approach to handling guilt is to deny it. Our feelings of guilt, we say, come from hang-ups that society imposes on us. So we insist that everyone has the right to do his own thing, that there are no absolute moral standards that are binding on us.
Another approach to handling guilt is to explain it away. We look back into our childhood and find reasons why we couldn't help ourselves; we made some of those bad choices because we had to. Often criminal behavior is explained away as being due to societal conditions rather than the individual's choice. Denying personal responsibility is a popular way to attempt to rid ourselves of guilt.
A third approach to handling guilt is to punish ourselves. We feel "bad," and so we drink, or fail at our work or marriages to make ourselves suffer. Somehow we hope that if we suffer enough we won't feel guilty, even though failing actually will deepen our general sense of guilt and worthlessness.
A fourth approach to handling guilt is to construct a system of do's and don'ts which we can live up to. Then we reassure ourselves of our goodness by meticulously keeping the rules we construct. If we still feel guilty, we compare ourselves with others who don't live up to our high standards, and remind ourselves how much better we are than others. This has historically been a favorite approach of the religious.
Of course, there's a fifth approach. Just enjoy sin! The first pangs of conscience will recede if we throw ourselves into the pursuit of sinful pleasures. Perhaps we can sear our consciences enough so that we will no longer be troubled by guilt—except late at night when we wake up feeling empty and fearful and alone.

Wow, this Zero person must have hit a nerve with somebody. I notice that all the posts just seem to be banter. Seems the posts by Joe In Tacoma and RW HULL, are just as slanderous and defaming as they decry Zero being. So since they act the same way, I cannot lend any credit to their claims or statements. Although on Topix is seems Joe In Tacoma has wasted a lot of time internet stalking this Zero person. That is kind of scarry with in itself. Joe In Tacoma's actions on here, actually only lend credit to what Zero says in his post here. I have also noticed not once that if Joe In Tacoma is claiming to be the person spoken about in this post, not once in any of his post has he even really denied the claims made by Zero.
