Ridgewood Water Company issues boil-water alert
A boil-water alert was issued Friday afternoon to residents and businesses in Ridgewood, Glen Rock, and portions of Midland Park and Wyckoff because of a loss of water pressure in a portion of Ridgewood Watera s piping system during testing on Friday.

does anyone know what the so-called "anomalies" were that they found on Saturday that required this boil water alert to continue through the entire weekend? I filled two gallon botles with wter before hearing of the alert and would like to know if they are safe to drink.
