if you have ever had a home inspected by vanwert inspections and were not happy with, the incompetance. he inspected a home and in his report were several mistakes, things not true, and comments that made no sense. i would never recomend vanwert inspection for anything.

do you know what it takes to become a home inspector? all you need is 49 dollars and no education , there is no state license, and really no requirements. And these people are inspecting houses for realators, home buyers, and sellers,

Its a joke, if you want to buy a house. take your father or uncle or someone you trust through the house and let them look at things, if your not sure what to look for ,but by all means do not hire vanwert inspections

We also had a home for sale inspected by this company. I totally agree that they are incompetant and have no buisness in the residential home inspection field.

They put in their report whatever the paying customer wants to hear. I would never recomend vanwert inspections.
