Springboro Tea Party founder given jail time

The founder of the Springboro Tea Party, who came under fire for alleged racist comments on the group's website last spring, will spend the next 15 days in jail.

I happen to know both parties in this case and I can tell you for a fact that he did not do the incident he's been screwed over. The main reason this happened is that Mr. Thomas was about to go to get custody due to the simple fact that the child has a serious learning diasability most likely linked to autism. She refuses to even attempt to acknowledge that he might even have a problem. She just claims that the child is lazy. Lazy?! When a 6 yr old cannot even tell you how many fingers he has on his hand, I think there's some cause for concern, no?

I wish Mr. Thomas all the best in this issue. The bottom-feeding mother simply didn't want to be held accountable for his neglect and used this tweet op as a way to "finish him off", I do believe those were exact words I heard.

What a world we live in where a father tries to do what's right and gets the shaft instead just because he leans one way or another in the political spectrum.

unfortunately, I knew brian thomas well at one point. he has NO business fathering a child, let alone RAISING one. I am speaking of one of the lowest forms of life a person could meet. If you knew the things he has said and done in his life, and were anywhere close to a decent human being, you would detest the fact he breathes our air. Ask him if he still refers to any females as "bitches" as he regularly has done, what a class act.

There are plenty of corrupt politicians in every party.

There is no reason to trust Republicans any more than Democrats. Each person running for office should be judged on his/her own merits, alone, and monetary contributions should be reserved for the individuals, not the national and state party machines. The Republican Party has lost its way, and although the Tea Party certainly doesn't have all the answers ... at least THEY are asking questions.

So is "success" now defined as racking up over $800,000 in debt and then declaring bankruptcy because you can't live within your means? Interesting...I would call that a crook! Kelly Kohls is a wart on society and should be in jail...

Answers?? I suppose if our goal was to end up in jail or to live outside our means and then walk away, we could find a number of great examples in your almighty "tea party". Fools...
