I can't understand these posts. I have used Robin Wernik on teo occasions. I also have several frieds that have used her for a divorce or support issue. They were very happy with her as well. I would highly recommend her. She is fair, caring and very supportive. She really cares not only about your case but your wellbeing going through the process as well. Her staff is excellen, caring and helpfum as well. When you find a good firm you stick with it. I guess the othjer posts are just people who were unhappy with the results of their cases. Don't hesitate to use this firm!

Is there really a suit against her? I'd like to join maybe get back the thousands of $$$ wasted using Wernik. What an expensive mistake it was using her as my attorney, she's lazy & greedy, every phone call she charges hundreds more, court appearance cost thousands on top of what I already paid her...how do I find out more????

I have used robin in a divorce and she is the worst person to deal with. She is a complete liar.

Robin represented me in my divorce. She is very caring and respresented me in a professional manner. She really looked out for my best interest. I highly recommend her. Also, her office staff is very understaning and helpful.

In addition to the devastating implications of divorce, the experience of having Robin Wernik represent me was amongst the most defeating processes I have ever had to go through. She was never available to be reached via telephone and never responded to one email in almost two years of my divorce process. In her often absence status I was left to speak with her less than jovial secretaries that literally huff and puff on the phone with you. Be warned Robin will charge you her hourly rate to speak to her secretaries. It is a crime how she conducts herself with clients. She is insensitive, unprofessional and a disgrace of a lawyer. If you are looking for an Attention Deficit attorney who will rob you blind and leave you to fend for yoursel through your entire case....robin Wernik is your woman.

I have used robin for my divorce. She was my third attorney. She always returned my calls unlike my other attorneys. She also was very caring and understanding of what i was going through. She is very down to earth and is very aggressive. I would recommend her.
