The top three vote-getters out of seven candidates on Nov. 3 will win the three at-large seats up for re-election on Delaware City Council.

Steve Hill clearly understands what needs to be done - cut expenses and fees and give families and businesses in Delaware a break.

His experience with Main Street Delaware and many community Service organizations has given him very strong experience to understand a budget and make the necessary changes.
