No green card puts student in the red

When Sai Kota came to the United States from India, he was 10 years old. Now that he is 17, he plans on going to college next year.

he should pay out of state tuition, he isn't a citizen and dosn't deserve the privilage of paying instate prices any more then someone from another state or country. I don't care if he came here when he was 9 month old or 90 years old. If he wants to take advantage of all this country has to offer he should become a citizen! and give back to america not just take take take. He's been here long enought; and while we are at it I don't believe in dual citizenship if you say you are an american then you should be an american not just when it's convenient for you.

Having a green card and being a citizen are two very different things.

I'm not a citizen and America right now takes takes takes from me. The IRS still want to have my income tax.
