This place has about the rudest people working there that I have ever seen! They need new management and a whole new crew of people working the window and the front. They won't smile, not a thank you, kiss my a$$, NOTHING! I hate dealing with them and I will NEVER do business with them again. As soon as I can, I'll take my business elsewhere!

They sneak around being noisy with accounts and then wonder why they are losing business. The board members aint no freaking better. Im so glad I left that place. Obviously some people dont know what they are talking about. Let me clear it up for you. Shell or rochelle whichever you prefer to call her, is a good person who married a good man & moved away. Her husband is the son of charlie daniels who worked at arh hospital & who is currently on the credit union board. Her husband himself has nothing to do with arh. Also why is it that this topic is about arh but yet people want to talk crap about rochelle. She isnt there anymore. Shouldnt you people be more cOncerned with the people there now. After all they handle your money now not rochelle. And why wouldnt there be questions ask as to why that sparks man is always hanging around there? Or why there is always new faces working there?

Good person? Good Man? Bullshit. Since hasn't been at the window transactions are much smoother and alot faster. I thinl the bank is doing good. I am sure they now select people that are good kind people. At one point they lost ALL the good ol'e crew. Where did all the old one's go? They had been there along time then boom gone. That was 6 or 7 years ago.

O.K. Shell, stop trying to make yourself look better than what you are. We all know the truth and your apparently blind husband will to. Just give him time. Pretend to be nice and then the real shell come's out. I give this about a year.
