The one in barbourville is better and cheaper..250 a month but you also have to pay for the medication. My insurance paid for mine but if you don't have any ins you better have lots of money. The pills cost around 6 dollars a piece 2 years ago. I was prescribed 4 a day. It worked though. I been clean for over a year.

There is no way in hell you've been where I have. I know more about the subject of drugs and recovery than I care to admit. Unless you know me and have walked in my shoes don't dare tell me what I know and what I don't!!

It does work. You crave no other drugs. The one in Bville will write u a script for an entire month as to where life & health will write a script once per wk & counseling to go with it once per wk.

Self refined in Bville is the best one to go to, they will even give u permission to smoke marijuana. Which is a good thing for some ppl like myself that have trouble eating. I went a year ago and can honestly say it was a rough road and still is but suboxone & weed is the only thing thats been n my system this entire time. Suboxone binds the receptors in your brain to not crave opiates of any sort. I'd recommend it to anyone.

To "Shocking:" Yho said that recovering addicts take suboxone in order to get high. You are wrong. I've been on Suboxone for 6 years along with a comprehensive and ongoing recovery program. It isn't possible for a person who was addicted to opiates to get even a little "high" on Suboxone. Addiction is a disease, and this drug takes away the brain's awful cravings for opiates. One must want to get clean to be on Suboxone because YOU CAN'T GET HIGH ANYMORE. Please get some facts before you post nonsense to people seeking help. Better if you didn't post at all if you can't be helpful or informative.

Suboxone is a wonderful aid to helping get clean. And it does not get you high, it does take your want for any kind of pills. If used correctly it will give you the chance to kick the pills, just be serious about it, go to the meetings, and don't get hooked up with anyone there that isn't serious. They're really good there, they want you to get clean and will push you to do so. I've been clean now over a year, started on suboxone at first, I feel like it gave our lives back. All you have to do is call and talk to someone and they will give you all the info you need to know, they're number is in the book. Good luck to you.

I just mailed information on Suboxone to a FRIEND needing information. She doesn't have access to the internet. Why do you care if someone is asking for information on a friend's behalf? Get a life and quit trolling boards so you can spew negative comments. Suboxone saved my life.

The manufacturer of Suboxone, Reckitt Benckiser, has introduced a sub-lingual film in order to extend their exclusive patent on Suboxone. It's a crock. They're saying there's more of a chance for abuse and diversion with the sub-lingual tabs. Wrong. They are really pushing the film to the point that insurance companies only agree to pay for the film. Reckitt Benckiser has made more money than God, and they only care about making bucket loads more. Reckitt Benckiser does not care about the end consumer. Reckitt Benckiser is a greedy, hateful corporation. I wish the worst for them. Can't wait until actual generic Suboxone is available in the U.S. Down with greedy corporations that are so greedy they're eliminating the middle class!

I started going to the clinic in B'Ville, and after just one month I feel amazing. Suboxene if taken the way they tell you is not supposed to get you high, it is supposed to make you normal. Normal, without any withdraw symptoms or drug cravings. And it has worked for me. I understand that you will become addicted to the Suboxene but with the support of the Dr's and staff there they will taper you down to where you don't need it anymore. I have never met more friendly staff in any doctors office. They are great. They drug test you twice a month you get pill counts and counseling so its not an easy fix. But if you want it, you can do it.
