The more likely it is to be Hanna, rather than some other hawk. It is not my bird if you so can not get close enough to see the leg straps. She should allow you to walk within 50 feet of her without flying away. Do not call me simply if you saw a hawk kill something by the road or in your back yard - you must see the leg straps, white line over the eye.
