Restaurant Report: Peking Gourmet
#1 Jul 21, 2010
Food on the buffet not being kept warm enough is a problem with MOST Asian restaurants I've been to. It costs more money to do that. And some foods like rice dries out if it's subjected to high temps for a long period of time and they don't want to do that. Plus it's hard to keep a mound of rice EVENLY warmed. But they all need to get it together and do what the law requires or lose business. Or get shut down.
