watch out if your at Jville beach on Beach boulevard for this guy he is a tow truck vulture. He sits in the parking lot of the 7/11 store they have a scam going with the store owner any one parks for over five minutes get towed and the dri...ver and the store owner split the take. The wrecker is from ASAP towing. We watched there scam go on for over two hours , the store owner had a little boy standing outside watching the customers park and go in there store and when they did he would have the wrecker driver hook up the customers cars and claim they parked in a no parking zone and charge them $153 bucks to release the car . What a scam! The wrecker driver had the most filthiest mouth I ever heard cussing at everyone in the area. So my opinion is do not use this towing company or patronize the 7/11 store when in this area.

So you want us to believe that you left your vehicle just long enough to get a pack of Cool Light 100s and a 40, and during that brief time the wrecker had your vehicle hooked up and towed already? Really?

To the lack of your intelligence , It was not my car he hooked up as a matter of fact I dared him to touch mine and he wouldn't because I knew what the laws are he would bluff innocent teens and out of townees that had no knowledge of the laws. BTW I don't smoke . The store owner stayed on the sidewalk unknowingly to customers and would point out cars to the wrecker driver to hook up, then when the wrecker driver got paid he would pay the store owner his cut. It was a silver ASAP wrecker with a stinger so yes a good operator can have your car in the air in 3 seconds . The funny thing is he wouldn't leave the parking lot with the cars because he knew that it would be auto theft so he would hook em up and set until the owner arrived and bluff them into paying a tow bill of $153 . OK people here's a little help it is not illegal to park in a public parking lot if your a customer at one of the establishments if a tow truck hooks up your car you can prosecute them for trespassing and or auto theft. So don't fall for their bluff. He wouldn't hook mine up because when he figured out I was an attorney he got scared , I also advised the others he was trying to scam of their rights and pass out my card as they would come out and he would turn loose of their cars. I also tried to get the name of the boy that worked for the store and he ran and hid . I got the names of several victims and will be filing felony warrants against the store and the wrecker
company. So now it will be in all the Jacksonville news papers about this scam. I have a 2 hour video on the internet of these two doing this.

There are several business at Jax Beach that have the same setup but with different tow companies. You are correct, they do split the profits.
I know of the same thing going on in San Marco area.
The first time I ran into this type of scam is at a laundry mat that used to be where Al's Pizza is a few yards away from Ragtime at the ocean end of Atlantic Blvd..
They made a lot more money on towing fees than laundry quarters.
I understand the difference between a scam and a business owner who is trying to offer available parking for their customers.
The bank near Sneakers at the beach does the same thing. For years you could park there hours after they closed, now they have a wrecker in waiting.
They interesting thing is that "SNEAKERS" would not announce to there customers ( through their sound system) that cars were being towed one night when I saw it going on. They refused.
What a nice group of human beings.

Ok I need details about where this spot is...There is NO 7-11 around Jaxs Beach, in fact the nearest one is 68 miles south...and I could find NO video on the internet. You as an attorney need to be more detail specific, or this isn't credible in my book!

The repo man will pick up your 10 year old, dingy clunker before it will be towed for a parking violation, so you shouldn't worry about this. Why don't you scout the buy here, pay here lots for your next vehicle. Considering what you've done to your credit, that will be your only option going forward.

If you've truly seen this happen, and even have two hours of video footage, why would you post information here before going to the police? There are plenty of holes in your story. I don't doubt there are people trying to scam the public, but your set of facts sound suspicious.

Are you talking about the street dance at the beach this past Saturday, if so I know what your talking about . I thought there was something up with that place. I seen a black guy whip the wrecker drivers ass for trying to load his car . It was so funny that little guy was kicking his ass and made the wrecker guy let goof his car, and his GF beat the hell out of the boy on the sidewalk that said for him to get . You should sell the video. My GF took some pics of this guy.
