I was at the Dollar Store this evening around 6pm in the Perring Shopping Center on Joppa Road & there was guy there asking people to sign a petition to get Wegman in Owings Mill. he said it was to have the bill placed on referendum. He said a developer from Penn. paid him to get sigatures. He was telling people that stores in Owings Mill did not want Wegman because of competition, but having Wegman there would create lots of jos for people in the Parkville area.
