Suffolk police to honor civilian workers

In a ceremony at the Suffolk County Police Department headquarters in Yaphank on Friday, civilian police employees will be honored for exceptional performance of their duties.

"More"? They're taking COPE officers, Crime Control officers, and Gang officers away from their jobs to fill sector cars. Every time they do that, that's one less cop on street patrol. And the criminals rejoice!

good for the civilians but......did i miss something? wheres the story on the police memorial service held at Headquarters for all the 21 Officers and all of the their families who made the ultimate sacrifice for people they didnt even know.
