This is the same district that when an administrator was confronted by yours truly about the dealing and usage of drugs inside the Longwood HS stated " We are no worse then any other school district"
So much for higher standards. So much for protecting our children.
I do not allow drug usage or dealing in my home.
I do not allow spitting or vulgarity in my home.
I do not allow the consumption of alcohol by minors in my home.
Is it too much to ask for a school to have the same standards I have in my home?

Details released thusfae are too vague to reach any conclusions. Police claim to have been able to corroborate the complainant's account of the incident - which remains to be seen, but the immediate question that comes to mind is 'why now instead of then?' If someone's going to wait several years til they report something like the DA better damn well have something more concrete than hearsay.

What else but CHA-CHING, oh my poor 16 year old, she was so young, innocnt and naive, why she could not spell drugs, rap, hiphop, booze or other NY taboos. Guess a lawyer is next and then the mandatory life is ruined as she will never be the same..... get a grip.....

Good for him. That is so horrible, and now with the beginning of the school year, it gives us one more thing to worry about.

For What It's Worth

There's something happening here. What it is ain't exactly clear. There's a man with a gun over there, telling me I got to beware. I think it's time we stop, children, what's that sound? Everybody look what's going down.

There's battle lines being drawn. Nobody's right if everybody's wrong. Young people speaking their minds, getting so much resistance from behind. I think it's time we stop, hey, what's that sound? Everybody look what's going down.

What a field-day for the heat. A thousand people in the street, einging songs and carrying signs. Mostly say, hooray for our side. It's time we stop, hey, what's that sound? Everybody look what's going down.

Paranoia strikes deep, into your life it will creep. It starts when you're always afraid. You step out of line, then the man comes to take you away.

We better stop, hey, what's that sound?

Everybody look what's going down.
Stop, hey, what's that sound?
Everybody look what's going down.
Stop, now, what's that sound?
Everybody look what's going down.
Stop, children, what's that sound?
Everybody look what's going down.

This isnt 1955. Most 16 year olds are getting busy. Heck, most 13 year olds are. Juniors in High School know what the deal is. The man should be fired and prosecuted, but the girls bears some responsibility here. The parents need to do better than this as well.

This is the tip of the iceberg of what sewers the high schools have become. I agree with School Daze. Half the problem has been the liberal attitude of "so what" from the administrators for decades. We now need cops patrolling the hallways because of the laziness, corruption and blatant cover-ups by administators.
