I rarely (really, never) take the side of the TSA but here's a case of bad reporting. TSA screeners are not law enforcement officers and aren't licensed to carry weapons so there's no way they tasered anyone. TSA have no more authority than a mall security guard. But you do feel intimidated by them, right? That fake police badge makes them feel really big.
